It was a fun day so far. My day job is Parker’s Hot Dogs in East Roseville and today we got to take on Mark S. Allen in the 5lb Chili Dog contest. The Good Day crew showed up around 6am and we got the eating on by 8am. It was a little early to be eating that much chili but it was worth it. I got to watch one of our owners (Eric Owen) just get killed by Mr. Sacramento himself. Little did we know Mark has been in the Genius Book of Records for other food related contest.
